  • Business Continuity Plan Development. This provides an overview of the key stages of Business Continuity Plan Development and introduces attendees to activities they will be undertaking at various stages of the project. This workshop prepares project team members for the tasks ahead and, with the benefit of a planning template, helps create a business continuity project plan that meets your specific requirements

  • Risk & Impact Assessment; Using our risk assessment template, this workshop facilitates developing an understanding of the risks to be managed, the business priorities to be addressed and generally sets the overall business rationale for the business continuity plan

  • Incident Management. Attendees are provided with an insight into the activities required to manage the initial stages of a major incident. Using several of our incident management templates, we will explain the various aspects of Incident Management including communications strategies, establishing a crisis management centre and post incident impact assessment
